Submission Guidelines
To ensure data integrity and prevent secondary-source noise, our system enforces the following protocols:
- Domain Verification: We only process communications originating from verified corporate or institutional domains.
- Attachment Protocol: High-resolution assets should be linked via secure corporate CDN or included as standard MIME attachments.
- No Tracking: Consistent with our Privacy by Design policy, we do not engage with “pixel-tracking” scripts embedded in incoming distributions.
